Project Scope
Caddell constructed a new 270,000 SF+ office building adjacent to the current Chancery inside the existing 13.5 acre U.S. Embassy compound in downtown Moscow. The new seven-story structure features state-of-the-art communications and security technology, a sophisticated curtain wall system, fine interior finishes, and an array of sustainable features. The new Annex is built in response to a growing diplomatic staff and an ever-increasing demand for embassy services from both U.S. citizens residing in Moscow and Russian nationals applying for travel Visas.
