Design/build of renovations to two barracks at Fort Benning—Trainee Barracks Building 2762 (constructed in 1954), and Trainee Barracks Building 75 (constructed in the 1940s). Both renovations were performed in congested sectors of Fort Benning at confined sites and involved hundreds of on-site personnel. Meeting the original contract schedule was imperative as tenants were being temporarily housed at other post locations and needed to reoccupy their renovated facilities as soon as possible. Completed on-time, on-budget, with zero lost-time accidents. $16.4M.
