Project Scope
Construction of medium-security facility with adjacent prison camp area on a 250-acre site. The inmate housing area consisted of six buildings containing 792 cells. All housing cells were of prefabricated pre-cast concrete. Fifteen separate buildings were completed providing facilities for administration, visitation, education, healthcare, vocational support, food service, maintenance, warehousing, recreation, and central energy. Total building area of all structures totaled over 575,000 SF. This contract also included extensive site improvements.
