Project Scope
Caddell was responsible for the design and construction of a new U.S. Embassy Compound (total of 285,329-SF) on a 16-acre site. Scope included five major structures and all sitework, the perimeter barrier, and associated security features. Primary project components:
- 5-Level New Office Building (229,814-SF)
- 2-Level Marine Security Guard Quarters (5,455-SF)
- Consular Compound Access Control Facility (4,693-SF)
- Main Compound Access Control Facility, (3,829-SF)
- Service Compound Access Control Facility (4,703-SF)
- Utility Building (5,248-SF)
- Warehouse/Support Annex (31,587-SF)
- Surface Parking
