The main 200,000-SF office building in this multi-building complex features many notable fine finishes. Highlights include a huge open atrium extending up through five stories adorned with carved wood panels with wave motifs to reflect Panama’s seaside culture. The grand staircase features a solid 5/8 inch glass stair case that was cut and fabricated on-site, as was the stainless steel handrail. Each stair tread of Impala granite was likewise carefully measured, cut-to-size, and installed by skilled craftsmen. The exterior cladding of Spanish granite extends into the atrium and along the corridor as a subtle guide for the new visitor looking for the main reception desk. Floors are granite, terrazzo, and porcelain tile.
