Project Scope
Design/Build of a new embassy compound. Successful completion of this beautiful new facility in one of the poorest and most troubled parts of the world has played an important part in the healing process of this war-torn nation. Caddell employed numerous local citizens and provided an opportunity to learn important new construction skills.
