Project Scope

Caddell performed the design/build of sophisticated new embassy compound featuring advanced security and communications technology. Despite monsoon-like rains where as much as eight feet of rain fell in a two month period, chronic delays in deliveries due to the dilapidated transportation infrastructure, and a scarcity of local material and labor resources, the new embassy was completed on-schedule.
