Project Scope
Caddell was responsible for the design and construction of a new, 120,000 SF, consulate complex that included a main office building, a support annex, access control facilities, a utility building, and other support facilities. Primary project components included: Site, perimeter barrier, and associated security features; a New Office Building; a Consolidated Support Annex; Compound Access Control Facilities; a Utility Building; and a Parking Garage.
This project was awarded top national honors by the two largest construction associations, the ABC and AGC, and recognized for the quality and beauty of its interiors.
