TERMINAL C – GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORTHouston, TX

Project Scope

Extensive renovations, upgrades, and new additions to Terminal C and its concourses. Project scope included interiors/finishes; replacement and additions to the HVAC, lighting, power distribution, voice and data systems, public address, fire alarm, access control; and building area additions at both the ground and concourse levels. The 330,000-SF Terminal C serves as the principal facility for the hub operations of Continental Airlines, and processes a major portion of the airport’s estimated 35 million annual passengers. Because the essential operations at Terminal C could not be interrupted, Caddell performed according to a tightly phased project schedule that was focused on only one concourse at a time and isolated that work from ongoing terminal activities.
