Project Scope
The full-service 285,000 SF clinic features state-of-the art medical and dental diagnostic and operating facilities including an extensive pharmacy, aero-medical section, ophthalmology/optometry services, physical therapy, internal medicine, orthopedics, radiology, and life skills services. The scope of work also included demolition of the existing 240,000 SF medical facility. The project also included the construction of a Homeland Defense Lab, an ambulance shelter and cover, separate central energy plant, an entrance canopy, emergency generator with fuel tank, automatic transfer switch and accessories, three structure bays, and 99 parking spaces.
