Construction of a “new concept” exchange featuring 100,000-SF of retail sales and stockroom spaces. Facility includes a food court area. The site work includes paving and landscape for additional parking space for employees and customer parking. The first phase of construction included a new access road to service the existing exchange and commissary at the back of the existing stores. Caddell project team achieved outstanding safety performance with zero lost-time accidents or OSHA recordables and very strong Owner and Tenant satisfaction with the completed facility.
