Commissary Upgrades

Fort Meade, MD

Project Scope

Additions and alterations to the existing commissary including the construction of a new secure and environmental friendly entrance. Demolition and installation of a new refrigeration system, and installation of prime HVAC equipment. The completed Commissary is 118,000-SF. The site work and building work were completed in multiple phases while the commissary continued to operate at full capacity.
