Project Scope

Design/build of a new state-of-the-art warfare/combat simulations training facility for the U.S. Army. Consisted of three separate pre-engineered buildings on three separate sites. Building One: 168,000-SF (tank simulation); Building Two: 65,000-SF (medium/small arms); Building Three: 10,000-SF (small arms). Scope also included all sitework, mechanical, electrical, controls, utilities, fire protection, HVAC, specialty items, landscaping, interior finishes, and miscellaneous other scope items. Also assisted Government in installing simulation equipment/systems.

  • Completed 322,000 man hours with zero lost-time accidents and zero OSHA Recordables
  • Selected as the Number One Safety Project for entire South Atlantic U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
