Project Scope
Caddell completed the design and construction of four barracks buildings (four-stories each) to accommodate 512 soldiers, twelve company operations facilities, three multi-level battalion headquarters buildings, a dining facility, and an aero-medical facility. The total complex encompassed 378,999 SF. The 70-acre site was bounded by wetlands and consequently involved significant environmental protection issues. Caddell worked closely with all project team members to achieve the schedule while preserving the integrity of adjacent wetlands habitat.
ALL buildings were completed ahead of schedule and most buildings were completed months ahead of schedule. The project had ZERO lost time accidents.
