Basic Training Barracks & COFs

Project Scope

Caddell, in a joint venture with Clark Construction (Caddell was the lead JV partner), performed the design and construction of two standard barracks/company operations facilities (B/COF), which house single trainee soldiers and company administrative, training, and command operations. Facilities include offices, classrooms, arms vault, storage, covered concrete hardstand, restrooms, laundry areas, and scrub rooms. The maximum number of single personnel to be housed is 240 per B/COF. Each B/COF is designed for a surge capacity of 288 single personnel. The maximum gross area for each B/COF is 64,700 SF. Project also includes AT/FP measures. The site encompasses close to 55 acres.
