Project Scope
Caddell’s ten-year expansion and renovation partnership with Baptist Health Services included a 54,000 SF Women’s Pavilion, additions to the main hospital totaling more than 37,000 SF, new laboratories, operating rooms, and multiple additions and upgrades. The most recent major project at Baptist consisted of a new neo-natal intensive care unit and a larger, better-equipped emergency room and ambulance dock. Caddell also added new cardiovascular operating and intensive care units.
