Baptist Hospital Medical Complex 
Montgomery, Alabama

Baptist Hospital’s 54,000-SF Women’s Pavilion, additions to the main
hospital totaling more than 37,000-SF, new laboratories and operating
rooms, and scores of additions and upgrades have been part of Caddell’s 
ongoing ten-year/$65+ million expansion and renovation partnership with
this premier healthcare provider. Caddell’s record of superior quality
construction with minimal disruption to ongoing hospital operations
has earned the trust of both the hospital management and professional
staff, as well as a large volume of repeat business. The most recent
major project at Baptist consisted of more than 37,000-SF of new
construction, primarily for a new neo-natal intensive care unit and
a larger and better-equipped emergency room and ambulance dock.
Caddell also added new cardiovascular operating and intensive care units.
