Ethics
The reputation of Caddell Construction Co., Inc. for integrity and fair dealing is one of its most valuable assets. Caddell conducts its business in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintains a strong commitment to perform to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Caddell’s reputation for business integrity is the result of adherence to the core values of Integrity, Excellence, and Quality in everything we do. At Caddell we do what we say we will do and what is right; not necessarily what is most expedient.
Every Caddell employee is expected to perform his or her duties with the highest level of integrity. In an effort to promote honest and ethical conduct for all employees, Caddell has adopted the Business Ethics Guidelines (“Guidelines”). The Guidelines address what is appropriate behavior and serves as a roadmap to help us make ethical decisions. The Caddell Guidelines address such topics as bid rigging, bribery, false or inflated claims and other prohibited conduct while providing parameters for effectively managing business relationships with our customers, subcontractors and fellow employees. The Guidelines are not written to address every ethical dilemma, therefore, employees are provided with multiple avenues to seek answers to their ethical questions or concerns. At Caddell ethics matters, compliance counts and neither is optional. Caddell is a principal member of the Construction Industry Ethics and Compliance Initiative. |
